I found the staff very friendly upon arrival. The hotel sits near the horse racing course. I had a family room that was quite spacious with two large double beds. The dinner choices had great variety. the portions were large.
I noticed that the carpet leading to the bedrooms needs some updating.

The room was super clean. It included two separate sinks, very convenient, and I appreciated the comfortable beds after a long day, ensuring a restful sleep. Ample space allowed for relaxation and easy movement throughout the space.

Every staff member I encountered was efficient. They was well-trained. Their attentiveness really stood out. I noted how they accommodated everyone with a smile. Their commitment contributed positively to the overall experience.

The breakfast and dinner were lovely. I found the staff to be very accommodating regarding my gluten intolerance. every staff member i encountered was efficient and well-trained (as someone working in hospitality, i was impressed). the room was super clean and spacious, with comfortable beds.
the window in the room could only open a small amount.
